Brief Introduction of the Exhibition Hall

The Exhibition Hall covers an area of about 7200 square meters, which provides advanced venues and excellent service for domestic and international exhibition events, high-end meetings and business activities. Brief Introduction to the Meeting Room

Located on the 7th floor, the conference center has 4 meeting rooms ranging from 50 to 300 square meters in size, which can be used for conferences, lectures, seminars, professional training, internal meetings and other meetings. It can also serve as the sub-venue with special topics, matching up with the Golden Hall as a large international conference. In addition, it is the first choice for holding all kinds of professional and technical exchanges, coinciding with the World Trade Exhibition Hall in the same period.

1 Floor Exhibition Hall

The first hall is located on the first floor of the World Trade Center Exhibition hall. The first floor is about 800 square meters, the height of pick up to a maximum of 8 metres, with a large reception hall, for the exhibition organizers, exhibitors, buyers and Visitors Registration and distribution of use. The lobby also offers business center services, including: broadcast, print, copy, fax, lettering and other convenient services. The main road first floor hall square and step of extending the entrance hall is on the Hongqiao Development Zone, Xingyi Road, provides an ideal venue for large-scale exhibition activities important type, and can greatly enhance the overall image of the exhibition.

Golden Hall embraces more than 2000 square meters space without pillar and 9-meter high story height. It can accommodate up to 1400 people for international conferences, foreign affairs celebrations, business reception as well as high-end wedding banquet. Also, it is an ideal place for fashion exhibition and fine exhibition.
The hall can be flexibly divided into two 1000-square-meter function rooms, which can provide the full space for all kinds of simultaneous meetings or activities. They can be interlocked or independent. The 300-square-meter central front hall provides the transparent environment and good facilities for guests to register and have the leisure break .

2.The overtime pay for meeting room is charged according to double rent cost per hour(including hot/cold air conditioning charges). More than 30 minutes will charged as an hour. Overtime pay per hour=meeting room rent cost÷rent hours(4 hours/8 hours).(22.30-06:30 next day, the rent price will be doubled).

Meeting room payment

1.Please pay all the charges(including meeting room rent cost and other leasing items) a week in advance, cash, credit card, remitting(attach addition accounts) and paycheck are all available.
2.According to tax system of the State Administration, it must be consistent with the Contracts, payments and invoices while issuing a VAT invoice.
